1. Who we are

NU Guide is an independent online study aid for National University (NU) Honours students in Bangladesh. We analyse publicly available previous-year question papers and publish our own explanations, question-frequency analysis, memory tricks and exam tips.

NU Guide is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National University or any of its colleges. “NU” is used only to describe the syllabus we cover.

2. Your account

• Sign-in is with Google. One account per person — please keep the email you sign in with up to date.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your Google account secure.
• Do not share, resell or transfer your login. Access granted to you is personal to you.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

3. What “access” means

A subject purchase unlocks that subject's content for the period shown at checkout, counted from the moment we approve your payment. A bundle unlocks every subject we currently publish.

• Access is time-limited and ends automatically on its expiry date, which is always visible on your dashboard. Nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.
• Access is for online study on this site. It is not a download, a file transfer, or ownership of the content.
• We may add, reorder, correct or replace questions, answers and analysis as the syllabus or the exam pattern changes.

4. Acceptable use

We may suspend access without refund if we find deliberate copying or resale.

• Use the content for your own study.
• Do not scrape, crawl, bulk-copy or republish our content — that includes the frequency analysis, importance marking, structured answers, Bangla explanations, memory tricks and site design.
• Do not post our locked answer content publicly or upload it to other sites, groups or apps.
• Do not try to bypass payment, probe our APIs, or interfere with the site or other students' use of it.

5. Payments

Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and are shown on the pricing page and on each subject page. Payment is by bKash send-money to the number shown on the payment page; after sending, you submit the bKash transaction ID (TrxID) through the site.

• A person verifies every TrxID. Your request stays “pending” until then — normally within 24 hours.
• Access starts when the request is approved, not when you send the money.
• If the TrxID cannot be matched to a payment we actually received, the request is rejected and no money changes hands.
• Always submit the request after paying. A payment we cannot match to an account is very hard to trace.

6. Price and plan changes

We may change prices, bundles and access durations. A change never shortens the access you have already paid for.

7. Intellectual property

Past question papers are public examination material and we do not claim ownership of them. Everything we add on top — the frequency analysis, importance marking, structured answers, Bangla explanations, memory tricks, exam tips and the site design — belongs to NU Guide.

8. Accuracy and availability

Our analysis is prepared with care, but it is a study aid, not an official answer key. We cannot promise that a particular answer would earn full marks, that a repeated question will appear again, or that the syllabus will not change.

We aim to keep the site available at all times, but it may be unavailable during maintenance or because of a fault at our hosting or database provider.

9. Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by the laws of Bangladesh, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost marks, lost study time or lost opportunity.

10. Suspension and termination

• We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms — for example by sharing an account, copying content, or abusing our payment or support process.
• You may stop using NU Guide at any time. Closing your account does not by itself create a refund right; the refund policy in force when you bought applies.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page always shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Bangladeshi courts.
